Veterinary Financial Summit (VFS) Elite Sponsor Agreement
As an Elite Sponsor for Veterinary Financial Summit (VFS) in 2022, you agree to provide a total of $6,000.00 USD to VFS within 30 days of signing this agreement. Upon receipt of full payment, the following Elite Sponsorship benefits will be provided by VFS:
- TWO 60-minute co-hosted webinars reaching 12,000 member Debt-Free Vets group
- Brand acknowledgment on the Vet Financial Podcast (6 episodes)
- Sponsorship of evening movie event
- Sponsor banner on every page of the web app and home page of the mobile app
- Virtual Booth with promotional video
- Private Zoom breakout room during dedicated "Exhibit Hall" breaks on Saturday AND Sunday
- 5 minute introduction during midday game session (Saturday or Sunday)
- Clickable logo on the VFS website - promoted as Elite Partner
- 10 Summit tickets
- Full-page ad in Proceedings
- 6 Social Media Mentions in Summit posts per year
- Mentions in Summit Update Emails
- Inclusion in Sponsor Emails reserved for top tiers (Elite and Gold)
- Promotional materials in the Virtual Gift Bag
Sponsorship benefits will be delivered after full payment is received and are valid through December 31, 2023. For brand acknowledgement on the Vet Financial Podcast, benefits may extend into 2024 to fulfill this agreement. Benefits related to the Summit will be provided before or during the 2022 Veterinary Financial Summit, which will be held virtually September 30 - October 1, 2023.
Accepted methods of payment include:
